Good to know

Getting there and around. Chlorakas sits on the coast just north of Paphos town, about 3km (2 miles) from the centre. Bus route 607/607B runs from Karavela Station in Paphos through Chlorakas and on to Lemba, Kissonerga and Pegeia, with the trip into Paphos taking around 10 minutes.Source ↗

Good to know. The Demetrios II cargo ship ran aground and broke apart off Chlorakas during a severe storm on 23 March 1998; its rusting wreck near Dimmos Bay is now one of the village's best known landmarks.Source ↗

Nearby. Chlorakas lies directly between Paphos town to the south and the villages of Lemba and Kissonerga to the north along the coastal road, with Pegeia further up the coast. This is the same order the local bus route runs in.Source ↗
