Get your event listed

We can list an event from very little, but the more of this you send, the better the listing looks and the more people it reaches.

• Title, dates and start times. Include the end date too if it runs over several days.
• Venue and address. The room or space, plus the street address people navigate to. A Google Maps link or pin to the exact spot is even better, since that is what our map and Directions button use.
• A short description. Greek or English, or both. Either is fine.
• Ticket prices, and a direct ticket link. Say so explicitly if the event is free, so we never guess.
• Age guidance and performance language. For example 16+, or performed in Greek with English surtitles.
• A contact phone and Instagram handle. These go on the listing so people can reach you directly.
• Optional extras. A YouTube or Vimeo trailer link (we embed video), and the performers or cast.

Any aspect ratio works. Cards crop to 4:3 but pan across the image both ways, so nothing is really lost. If you get to choose, a landscape photo or visual at least 1600px wide is ideal, and it is worth avoiding a main image that is mostly text, since the crop can cut through it.

Posters are welcome as extras. Send the highest quality file you have and we will handle the rest.

We read it, build the listing, and reply with the live link. If something is missing we ask. Recurring runs go up as a series with every date, so people find whichever night suits them.
