The Chapel of Agios Georgios stands in the forest east of Lysos village, on the way toward Kinousa, in the Paphos district. It dates from the 13th century and preserves fragments of its original fresco decoration. The chapel is under the protection of the Department of Antiquities. It is one of several small chapels around Lysos, alongside others dedicated to Prophet Elias, Saints Constantine and Helen, and Archangel Michael.
