About Agia Paraskevi (Kato Akourdaleia)
This small chapel sits just outside Kato Akourdaleia in the Paphos hills, on the spot where a village mill once stood. Its origin is dated to the 12th century, making it one of the older parish churches in the Akourdaleia villages, and it was later restored. Inside, faded traces of the original frescoes survive alongside a stone altar holding the remains of an old icon of the Virgin Mary. The ruins of the mill itself remain visible nearby.
