About Faros Beach
Faros Beach runs about 500 metres along the coast south of Larnaca near Pervolia village, its fine beige sand meeting calm, shallow water at Cape Kiti. The name means lighthouse in Greek, after the old light that stands on the cape. Blue Flag certified, it carries sunbeds, showers, a children's playground and lifeguard cover through the summer season, along with a small volleyball court, making it a quieter alternative to Larnaca's busier central beaches.
