About Landa Beach / Golden Beach
Landa Beach, also known as Golden Beach for its fine, honey-coloured sand, lies about 3.5 kilometres west of central Ayia Napa, between Nissi Beach and Makronissos Beach. It keeps a calmer, more local character than its better-known neighbours, with sunbeds, showers, and a snack kiosk but less of the crowd. The Makronissos Tombs, an ancient burial site, are a ten-minute walk away, and Nissi Beach itself is about fifteen minutes on foot.
