About
Platres Arena is a rebuilt multifunctional sports centre at Pano Platres, high in the Troodos Mountains at around 1,050 metres. It has a FIFA-standard football pitch and tennis courts used for training camps and tournaments, with a cafeteria, changing rooms and parking, and it also works as an outdoor venue for corporate and open-air events in the cool mountain air. On the Cyprus Now calendar it hosts open-air occasions such as a festival cinema night under the stars.
