About
Geroskipou Square is the central square of Geroskipou, a large village just east of Paphos, known across Cyprus for its loukoumia, the local sweet, and anchored by the domed ninth-century church of Agia Paraskevi. The square is the village's gathering point and its open-air events space, taking on community occasions through the year: summer festivals and Oktoberfest-style beer nights, a Heroes' memorial road race, and the fair that surrounds the church.
