This is the open-air theatre in the community park of Lympia, a large village in the Nicosia district roughly midway between the capital and Larnaca. It is the village's summer stage, an outdoor park theatre used through the warm months for concerts and shows, part of the village's seasonal programme. Out of season it is simply the park theatre at the centre of village life.
