About
St George in the Forest is a small stone Anglican church set among the pines of the Troodos National Forest Park, in the Limassol district high country, built by the British over three summers from 1928 to 1931 in local mountain stone. Part of St Paul's Cathedral in Nicosia, it still holds English-language services through the summer. It appears here as the gathering point for an easy sunset hike to the nearby Pouziaris peak.
