About
Plateia Faneromenis is a historic square in the old town of Nicosia, set beside the large Faneromeni church inside the Venetian walls and long one of the walled city's main gathering points. Ringed by cafes and old-town streets, the open square doubles as a stage for the municipality's cultural programme. It is one of the neighbourhood venues for Nychtes Kalokairiou, the Summer Nights that spread free music, art and performance across the squares of Nicosia through the season.
