About
Lofou is one of the best-preserved traditional villages of the Limassol wine country, on a hillside about 26 kilometres northwest of the city at around 780 metres. Its restored stone houses, stone arches and winding cobbled lanes make it a fixture of the Cyprus Wine Route. Through the summer the village itself becomes an events space, hosting the long-running Lofou Festival with live Greek music and open-air parties among its squares and old streets.
