About
Ktima Demosthenous is an events estate at Parekklisia, in the hills east of Limassol, built around landscaped gardens with two large outdoor areas plus an indoor hall and a marquee for the colder months. It works mainly as a venue for weddings, christenings, parties and corporate functions, with its own catering, and the open grounds also take the occasional concert, such as an electronic reimagining of the songs of Michalis Rakintzis.
