About
The Home for Cooperation is a community centre in the UN buffer zone of Nicosia, by the Ledra Palace crossing, set in a 1950s building on the dividing line and opened in 2011 by the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research. It offers meeting rooms, workspaces, a library and a cafe as a neutral space for intercommunal dialogue between Greek and Turkish Cypriots. It also hosts cultural events, among them the Buffer Fringe performing arts festival.
