About
The Marios Tokas Municipal Garden Theatre is Limassol's open-air garden stage, set among the cypress trees and paths of the city's century-old Municipal Garden. It seats around 1,800 in an amphitheatre layout and runs a summer programme of orchestral concerts, ballet, drama and comedy. The theatre carries the name, added in 2017, of the Limassol-born composer Marios Tokas, one of the island's best-known songwriters. It hosts touring Greek music and theatre through the warm months.
