About
Chalkies is a bar on the Coral Bay strip in Peyia, just up from the beach on the Paphos coast. It runs in the British-resort mould: cooked breakfasts served into the afternoon, home-style food, a pool table, and inside and outside seating. Live entertainment is the draw most evenings, with singers working through Motown, soul, ska, reggae and pop, alongside karaoke and the odd race or casino night. It was voted Best British Pub in Cyprus in 2021 and 2022. This is a long-season resort bar rather than a club, aimed at a relaxed evening out.
