About
The Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation sits in the old town of Nicosia, near the Faneromeni church, in a 1936 former bank building. Set up in 1984, it collects and shows Cypriot heritage across coins, maps, rare books, engravings and art, and houses two museums, one of Cypriot coinage and the Giabra Pierides archaeological collection. Its courtyard doubles as an open-air venue: the summer cinema nights and screenings listed here play in that yard.
