Pachna, one of the traditional wine-producing villages of the Limassol District, celebrates the grape harvest season with its annual Palouzes Festival.
The festival highlights palouzes, a traditional Cypriot dessert made from fresh grape juice and flour and closely associated with the island’s grape harvest season. The celebration offers an opportunity to discover the traditions of Cyprus’ wine villages and their long-standing connection with grape growing and local gastronomy.
