About this event

Limassol Marina welcomes the festive season with the lighting of its impressive 12-metre-high Christmas tree, marking the beginning of “Christmas on the Sea 2026”.

The celebration begins with a Christmas market supporting the Funraising Charity Foundation, creative workshops for children by Mama of two_stories and Christmas melodies performed by Diamantidou School of Music. The programme also includes a dance performance by Limassol Dancing Center and live music by Christina Averkiou Band.

The Christmas tree lighting ceremony will take place at 17:45, led by the Mayor of Limassol, Yiannis Armeftis, while Santa Claus will be at the venue from 18:00 to 20:00, handing out gifts to children.
