Qigong & Taijiquan Classes in Limassol

Weekly Qigong & Taijiquan classes in Limassol, part of the Limassol Municipality Open School programme. The course runs from 6 October 2026 to 1 June 2027. No previous experience is required.

Experiential classes combining gentle movement, breathing, awareness and inner balance, with practices inspired by the Wudang Five Animals: Turtle, Dragon, Crane, Tiger and Snake. Through mindful movement and breathing, participants cultivate vitality, stability, flow, body awareness and a deeper relationship between body, mind and nature.

When and where: - Tuesday and Friday, 19:00 to 20:00, at the KE' Primary School of Ekali (Manou Chatzidaki, Nea Ekali, 3110 Limassol) - Saturday, 09:00 to 10:00, at the KΘ' Primary School of Mesa Geitonia - G. N. Kalogeropoulou (Panthea), 45 Argolidos Street, Mesa Geitonia, Limassol
