Join us for a wine night out at Fooduro Pizzeria on Wednesday, October 28th!
We have joined forces with Fooduro Pizzeria to manifest a casual wine evening with 3 different Chianti wines and pair them with intriguing dishes!
We will get started at 18:30 with the following pairings:
Starter: Amatriciana Rigatoni with San Marzano tomato, quanciale and grana padano
– Chianti DOCG, Le Corti dei Podesta
Intermediate: Pizza Fungi with tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, ham shoulder and mushrooms
– Chianti Classico DOCG, Primocolle
Main: Tagliata di Manzo. Sliced beef sirloin with baby rucola, grana padano, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper and balsamico
– Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Villa Cerna
Dessert: Fooduro (home-made) Tiramisu
The cost of the wine evening will be at 60.00€ per person.
