About
This is the village square of Arsos, one of the larger traditional wine villages in the Limassol hills, part of the Krasochoria on the slopes of Laona. Wine and zivania have been made here for centuries, mostly in home stills, and the square hosts the Kazaniasmata festival, which celebrates that distilling tradition with grape products, food and music. Outside the festival it is the calm centre of the village.
