About
Skali is the open-air amphitheatre at the heart of Aglantzia's cultural centre on the eastern side of Nicosia, inaugurated in 1992 and built partly into the natural rock of its slope for the acoustics. The complex pairs the amphitheatre with a square, a gallery and a cafe-restaurant, and it programmes theatre, concerts and exhibitions through the year, including the International Festival of Ancient Greek Drama. On the Cyprus Now calendar it hosts summer music nights.
