About
Platres Arena is a sports complex in the Troodos mountains at Pano Platres, set at around 1,050 metres among the pine-covered hills. Rebuilt from the village's old sports centre, it carries a FIFA-standard football pitch and tennis courts used for tournaments and training camps, with a cafeteria and ample parking. Its mountain setting and open space also make it a summer events ground, hosting festivals such as the multi-day AGROFEST.
