About
The Municipal Garden Theatre is Limassol's open-air amphitheatre, set inside the Municipal Garden in the centre of the city and seating around 1,800. In 2017 it was renamed after Marios Tokas, the Limassol-born composer. It is the city's main summer stage, running from June through the warm months with orchestra concerts, ballet and drama alongside touring pop and comedy, from the Gipsy Kings to Greek headliners. It closes over winter and comes back to life each summer.
