About
The Ancient Theatre of Kourion sits on a cliff above the Mediterranean at the Kourion archaeological site near Episkopi, Limassol. Built around the end of the 2nd century BC and later enlarged under Roman rule, it originally seated up to 3,500 spectators. Restored in the 20th century, it now hosts open-air concerts, plays and festivals each summer, framed by ancient ruins and sea views.
