About
Akademias Park is a municipal park in Aglantzia, on the eastern side of Nicosia, on the old Pedagogical Academy grounds it takes its name from. Its main turn on the events calendar is Septemberfest, billed as Cyprus's largest beer festival, held here each early September since 2011 with around a hundred international beers and live music across several nights, from Greek pop to rock. Out of festival season it is simply the neighbourhood park.
